A day-long vipassana workshop/retreat at Palolo Zen Center, 2747 Waiomao Road, Honolulu, on Saturday November 17th 2007, 8 AM-4 PM, lead by Xuan and Thanh Huynh.

Spend the day learning/practicing the art of mindful living with instruction, periods of sitting and walking meditation and discussion/sharing.

Cost: $20 (for zendo rental/insurance)
