If you have Firefox or Mozilla, you can open up a tab in which to read these instructions. You can work in another tab. Otherwise, it may be good to open up two windows.

1. Please log in.
2. Then go to Forums. There is a new forum called "Retreats" for the purpose of comments on and photos of retreats.
3. Go there and Click on "Post new forum topic."
4. Make sure the category is Retreats.
5. Fill out the title and body fields.
6. Click where you want the photo to appear (usally at the very beginning of a paragraph works best).
7. Click on the little file system icon to the right of the path input box.
8. Underneath the body, you'll see the editing tool icons. Choose the little picture of the tree.
9. When you click on that, you'll get a box asking for the path to the photo.
