Vipassana Hawai'i is a 501(c)(3) church, with strong ties its parent organizations in Southeast Asia, providing students with guidance and support to develop Vipassana (insight awareness through mindfulness), as well as complimentary practices including loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic Joy and equanimity.
