0183.jpgVipassana Hawaii is pleased to offer our annual Spring retreat held at the beautiful and serene Palolo Valley in Honolulu, Hawaii. This year Grahame White, lead VH teacher from Australia, will lead this 8 day residential retreat in the practice of mindfulness as taught by one of the great modern masters, Mahasi Sayadaw.

To live with mindfulness and awareness of our thoughts, speech and actions is the way to inner silence and balance of mind. Through daily instructions and practice in sitting and walking meditation this retreat will provide the learning environment necessary for cultivating minfulness and insight.

Daily question & answer periods, talks on the theory behind the practice and individual or group interviews with teachers will help the student to advance their skills. This retreat is suitable for beginning as well as advanced meditators.

Cost for the retreat is $460 for full-time residential stay. Some scholarships and qualified student rates are available. Please use the registration form below to apply for these positions.
