Learn/review (by telephone) the theory of mindfulness meditation with its non-medical and medical applications from Thanh Huynh, M.D. of Honolulu, then put it into practice with guided instruction from psychologist/meditation-teacher Lynne Bousfield of Sydney. You will have the opportunity to pose questions to both presenters.
