A day-long retreat at the Palolo Zen Center lead by Thanh and Xuan Huynh.
Spend the day learning/practicing the art of mindful living in a quiet setting. There will be alternate sessions of guided sitting  and walking meditation, mindful eating and sharing/discussion at the end.
Date: Saturday December 20th, 2008
Time: 8:30AM-4PM
Cost: $20 (for both full time or part time, due to PZC charge and insurance)
Lunch will be donated by some sangha members.
